Challenge

Operating near the competitive equestrian epicenter of Wellington, Hay2Go needed a brand and digital infrastructure that could honor its agricultural roots while scaling efficiently in a modern, fast-moving market. The existing identity lacked cohesion across platforms, and the digital ecosystem needed optimization to drive measurable growth, engagement, and operational efficiency without diluting trust or authenticity.

Solution

I led a comprehensive rebrand and digital transformation that repositioned Hay2Go as a modern, dependable equestrian resource. This included a refined logo rebrand and a cohesive visual system grounded in a rustic-modern aesthetic that resonated with both agricultural and equestrian audiences. I developed a full suite of digital and print assets—affiliate brochures, bale catalogs, yard maps, and copyright-secured brand materials—ensuring clarity, consistency, and professionalism at every touchpoint.

On the digital side, I migrated the e-commerce platform from Shopify and integrated Square to streamline transactions and improve operational flow. I produced original photography and videography that elevated the brand’s visual storytelling, pairing product detail with real-world delivery and lifestyle imagery. These assets fueled targeted email campaigns and a data-driven social media strategy built around content curation, scheduled posting, and engagement optimization.

Paid and organic growth strategies were executed in parallel. I launched and managed targeted advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook, while simultaneously growing the brand’s social presence through structured content calendars, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content initiatives. Performance analytics were continuously monitored to refine messaging, timing, and audience targeting.

Result

The integrated brand, digital, and marketing strategy delivered substantial growth. Lead generation increased by over 200% through targeted advertising efforts, while social media followers grew by 200% organically, driven by strategic content and community engagement. Hay2Go emerged with a recognizable, scalable brand identity—one that seamlessly blends tradition with modern efficiency and positions the company as a trusted, forward-thinking leader in the equestrian community.
